Vaseline conducted a Nationwide survey on women and their skin. The results revealed that a shocking number of women 45+, who live with dry skin, hold back from enjoying every day
experiences - like hugs and even wearing tank tops because of their skin.
Dashboard's task was to help women understand how much of an issue this is in their lives and provide them a direct opportunity to try the product. To stimulate response and engagement, we
offered a free coupon for a full-size bottle of Vaseline Intensive Rescue and asked consumers to come back online and tell us about their experience. We created a hub on Facebook where content and reviews from trusted sources were housed, including those of other Facebook consumers who had recently requested a sample and tried the product, a consumer panel with members who had tried the product, and a dermatology expert who answered questions about dry skin care and causes.
