Homeowners helping homeowners - that's who Home Hardware is. A network of homeowners out to help their fellow customers. Come holiday season you could say they're like Santa's Helpers. That's what Dashboard did.
To help customers find the right gifts, we set up a series of three simple questions designed to narrow down your gift choices. The Home Helpers then filtered through hundreds of products to reveal their top eight gift ideas. From there the shopper could save, print, change, or send the list to a friend. An additional feature - the "Secret Santa" allowed shoppers to send the list
anonymously to friends and family as a "Secret Santa" to see if they liked what they saw. They could select their top choices from the list and return it back without ever knowing who it came from - a stealthy way to make sure you were choosing a gift they'd love.
Thanks to Santa's Helpers, less time was spent wandering malls, searching for parking spots and standing in lines. With a simple list, shoppers knew what they were after in just a few clicks.
